I was in the Super Store yesterday and it was a very busy Saturday. The self check out was short staffed and it was difficult to get help. Many customers, myself included, were growing impatient with the staff.
Well I write this review not to complain but rather I want to commend Heather. I have had the pleasure of her excellent customer service skills on more then one occasion and yesterday was no exception. Her service was in high demand and the entire time I was there I watched her help customer after customer. Even though some were losing patience and being rude she remained calm and efficient the entire time.
She is a very hard and dedicated worker and she is what customer service is all about. So this review is for her!
